Our client fabricate, manufacture and install building material for a vast array of customers in Brisbane & Sydney. They are a higly respected family run business estabilished in 1975. With 50 employees across Sydney and Brisbane their sales team are dedicated to small and large jobs alike.

About the Role
You have big shoes to fill! The current employee, who is retiring, has been with the company for 30 years. Yes, you will have your outlined day to day responsiblities and duties. But more so, you will be there to support the whole team. Working in a very busy, fast paced office, a flexible, role your sleeves up, attitude is essential.

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Cash Sales/Credit Card/EFT Processing/Receipting
  • Weekly Banking
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • General Ledger Reporting
  • Credit Collections
  • Payroll Weekly for NSW & QLD branches x 50 Staff
  • Payroll Tax/Superannuation/Workers Compensation
  • Bas/PAYG Preperation
  • Office Administration/Stationery & General Supplies
  • Answering Phones

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Accounts/Bookeeping experience
  • Confident Full function Payroll - 50 staff
  • Office Administration/Management
  • MS Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Accounts/Payroll Operating Systems - Ideally Minder Experience
