About the Role
You have big shoes to fill! The current employee, who is retiring, has been with the company for 30 years. Yes, you will have your outlined day to day responsiblities and duties. But more so, you will be there to support the whole team. Working in a very busy, fast paced office, a flexible, role your sleeves up, attitude is essential.
Cash Sales/Credit Card/EFT Processing/Receipting
General Ledger Reporting
Payroll Weekly for NSW & QLD branches x 50 Staff
Payroll Tax/Superannuation/Workers Compensation
Office Administration/Stationery & General Supplies
Skills & Experience
Strong Accounts/Bookeeping experience
Confident Full function Payroll - 50 staff
Accounts/Payroll Operating Systems - Ideally Minder Experience
