Program Administrator

Client

Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by a leading welfare organisation that supports vulnerable people across NSW, to assist in the recruitment of a Program Administrator to work in their program that supports families where there is a risk of children being removed into care. This position is on a casual full time basis initially until November, located in north-western Sydney and looking for an immediate start.

Role

As the successful candidate, your role will be to record and maintain client information and provide administrative support to the program. You will be completing a range of tasks from assisting the recruitment process, corresponding with HR and the Program manager, to general office administrative duties.

Criteria
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in office administration and data collection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable
  • Not for profit experience.
  • Experience working within a child protection space.

Further Info

In return, you will be offered an hourly rate in the region of $30-32 inclusive of casual loading + Super.
