A fast-growing, locally owned and operated furniture removals company based here in Smithfield is looking to expand our sales and admin team. We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to help quote local and interstate moves as well as assist with daily admin tasks. With a healthy salary + super and other incentives we are looking to bring someone into our team.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have an excellent phone manner. Experience in the removals industry is preferred but not essential. The successful applicant will be required to build rapport with our customers and offer our removals and storage services. The successful applicant will receive enquiries through multiple platforms and be required to respond via phone and email. This role is predominantly sales based so experience in sales is a must.
You will have:
Previous experience in a customer service/sales role
Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, outlook etc)
High attention to detail whilst maintaining the ability to multitask
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
To be able to work independently or in a team as required
