Meridian Energy Australia (MEA) is an integrated renewable electricity generator and energy retailer dedicated to operating on sustainable principles. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Meridian Energy Limited (MEL) based in New Zealand.
We operate wind farms in Victoria and South Australia and hydro plants in NSW and weve recently entered into several energy offtake agreements with wind and solar developers in Victoria and NSW. We retail energy to customers using our Powershop brand in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.
What we are looking for!
As a key member of the Commercial Team, youll be a team player that thrives in a collaborative environment in order to deliver business process mapping and change management procedures.
Youll be a motivated, hands-on retail energy business all-rounder. Someone who understands and can dissect the customer journey & experience and operational and pricing processes, and someone who can deliver cross-functional project and change management program documentation.
What you'll bring:
Previous energy industry experience.
Experience in business process analysis, mapping and documenting.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to communicate and coordinate with a range of stakeholders.
Desire to understand and be involved in complex projects.
