Service Coordinator

Full Time Permenant position, A great local team within a leading global brand, Ongoing training & professional development.

We are seeking someone to provide exceptional customer service by coordinating customer repairs and liaising with customers on all aspects of the customer repairs, service and account requirements.

What will you do

As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and planning of workshop and field jobs.
  • Maintain NSW service scheduler.
  • Pre-planning jobs and allocating work/parts to technicians.
  • Create work order and prepare for close out.
  • WIP maintenance.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Liaise with spare parts regarding supply of parts for service job.
  • Participate with on call roster when required.

What we need you to have:

  • Trade qualified (ideally Mechanical Engineering).
  • Hands-on experience with a range of Terex cranes products is desirable.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Oracle software experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
