We are a leading company within Australia's stone industry providing benchtop, floor, and wall solutions for both residential and commercial applications.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a pleasant phone manner
  • Has previous experience providing a high level of customer service
  • Strong follow-up skills - ability to get back to clients & staff
  • Has solid PC skills
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Able to prioritize
  • Able to work efficiently and completes tasks in a timely manner
  • Is highly organized, focused, and pays strong attention to detail
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Can be pro-active in duties
  • Prepared to gain product knowledge and understand colour palate

Duties include:

  • Meet, greet and accommodate showroom visitors
  • Answering the phone
  • Assisting the sales team
  • Organize samples for customers
  • Assist in managing the customer database
  • General office administration duties
  • Banking & Invoicing
