Administrator/Sales Support

Ray White Marine is seeking a full time experienced Sales Support/Administrator to add to it's young and energetic team based at the Elizabeth Bay Marina, Sydney. 

As a widely respected luxury yacht and charter broker, Ray White Marine is the exclusively appointed Distributor in Australia and New Zealand for leading global brands Ferretti Group, Camper and Nicholsons, and Technohull, with a focus on providing world's best practice and services to its clients.

To support our highly successful sales team, we are looking for an experienced Administration and Sales Support professional. 

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Front line Reception and Administrative duties
  • Managing Stock Lists
  • Preparation of Sales Contracts
  • Preparation for Auctions
  • Managing online advertising programs & Databases
  • Assisting in all aspects of Marketing including Social Media
  • Facilitating Charter Operations
  • General Administrative, & Reporting Functions
  • Supporting Sales Director
  • PR Releases/Events

The remuneration package will be discussed with the successful applicant taking into consideration skill set and expertise suited for the role.
