Reporting to our Manager, HR & WHS the Administration Assistant will operate within our Commercial Enterprises encompassing Packaging Services located at Reynella. This exciting role is primarily responsible for providing superior and efficient administrative services to the business in particular supported employment administration and human resources administration.
This role will suit a dynamic and energetic individual, whom is highly disciplined and methodical with the ability to anticipate the needs of the business. The diversity of this role includes being a contributor to a wide-array of office administrative duties that includes, but is not limited to the provision of assistance with arranging meetings, preparing letters for managers and supported employees, general human resources administration and providing ad-hoc administration support to members of the management team and general office support.
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands and deadlines
- Liaising with families and advocates
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive nature
- Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
- Understanding of administrative systems
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, have the initiative to deal with a wide range of situations, determine priorities and anticipate the requirements of the role
- Ability to successfully manage numerous tasks simultaneously within strict time frames
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of supported employment would be advantageous
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a similar role, highlighting sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise varying workloads. You will demonstrate a high level of administrative and customer service expertise in business and engage effectively with other team members to achieve operational KPI’s.
