PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATON ASSISTANT

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator with finance knowledge for one of our clients, a well-established and successful family owned business located in the Adelaide Hills

This is a very busy and diversified role as you will be handling the daily activities of the admin and accounting as well as customer service both over the counter and on the phone.

Experience in the following are a must:

  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Invoicing
  • Payroll
  • MYOB
  • General administration duties

We are seeking someone who is meticulous in their attention to detail, enjoys a diversified workload and the ability to work autonomously as well as be an integral part of a team.

This is a great and exciting opportunity for a dedicated Administrator wanting to work within a great team environment and work culture, and can start immediately.

Hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday – Wednesday, and will commence as casual with a view to permanency for the right person.
