KOTRA Melbourne introduces this great opportunity for a Customer Service to work for a well-established global company. 

 

Main responsibilities

- Provide online, phone and social media support for our members as well as support roles in the office environment.

- Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.

- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Requirements

- Resolve customer queries accurately and quickly

- Great organisation skill to fill and label forms and information is critical

- Have a go get em attitude. Not to shy away from issues and problems but to try and resolve problems. Both with our customers and office support roles as well
