About the role:
As the Therapy Booking Coordinator you will contribute to the successful delivery of Therapy Services by working in consultation with the Operations Manager Therapy Services to efficiently manage the wait list and coordinate valid and serviceable timetables. There are core components to this role; matching timetable vacancies within the wait list with consideration to geographical regions and optimisation of clinic usage, responding to enquiries from internal and external customers in a timely fashion and continuously reviewing timetables to ensure customers are and remain service eligible.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will require the resilience to enjoy the complex problem solving challenges you will face and the ability to negotiate successful outcomes in an engaging and assertive way. You will also be able to demonstrate:
Relevant Business Administration qualification (preferably Certificate IV level) with relevant experience; or equivalent level experience attained through previous appointments, services and/or study
Extensive experience in a customer service role
Knowledge of NDIS
Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, time management and lateral thinking
Excellent communication, liaison, and negotiation and problem-solving skills
High level interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse range of both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage a busy workload, often with competing priorities
High level of attention to detail and thorough documentation standards
Proficiency with the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office environment
Experience with scheduling and rostering would be desirable however not essential.
