Due to the rapid growth within the rail industry, we are seeking to employ a suitably experienced, Part Time (.8) Payroll Officer for our busy Payroll Team at our Head Office in Perth, Airport.
This position will undertake a range of, Payroll and clerical duties to support Railtrain Payroll & Finance Team. The key purpose is to provide, accurate, timely Payroll processing, reporting and clerical information to ensure the group meets deadlines, achieve business goals, and provides support to the wider Payroll Finance Team when needed.

What you need to be successful in this role
Fortnightly Payroll functions
End to end Payroll processing experience
Ability to interpret and apply EA requirements - Essential
General administration duties that comes with a Payroll Officer role
Minimum of 5 years Payroll Experience
Green Tree Experience – Advantageous not Essential
Highly organised and structured
Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to take responsibility and be accountable
Able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
