Qualifications & experience

  • Degree qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Psychology or other appropriately qualified health profession
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or other relevant/related industry
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients
  • Sound knowledge of Workers Compensation/Injury Management and occupational rehabilitation services
  • Strong and proven business development and referral generation skills
  • Ability to positively influence clients
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver external presentations as required
  • Ability to ascertain and understand client needs to drive sales

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide customer centric account management initiatives, ensuring all of our key customers receive a tailored service meeting their exact needs
  • Driving staff in achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and proactively managing customer relationships
  • Development and implementation of Service Level Agreements with new and existing customers
  • Referral trends analysis and maintenance of data
  • Development and implementation of engagement strategies for key customer decision makers
