  • $25.00 - 29.00 per hour + Super  depending on experience

We are a well established local owned logistics Company with Head Office in Sydney and branches in Melbourne, Brisbane and New Zealand.  A vacancy for the position of Accounts  Receivable Clerk is open to be filled immediately

The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not limited to:  

  • Invoicing
  • Check and ensure invoices generated to clients are billed correctly and posted in SAP business one
  • Perform Creditors' Reconciliation
  • Preform statement of accounts and aging details for all customers
  • Managing of Accruals and Prepayment Schedules
  • Manage and update customers database for credit applications
  • Inter company billing and settlements
  • Assist in the process of invoices for overseas
    customers
  • Manage Ledger and end of month duties
  • Other administrative duties as administered by the Finance
    Manager


 

The Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Min 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience working in a small / medium enterprise
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong operational knowledge of SAP business one highly regarded but not essential
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Skills
  • Strong attention to details
