Office Administrator Role:

Due to continued growth we are in the market for an experienced office administrator to help run our busy office based in Waverley. This exciting and variety role will suit someone positive with an interest in design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inspections and meetings with clients, staff, contractors.
  • Process reports from in preparation for invoicing
  • General support to the managing director and office and staff as well on site foremans
  • Answering the phones, responding to emails, assisting clients with questions.
  • Preparing, monitoring and proofing all documents prior to being sent
  • Working with staff to ensure everyone is following procedures and using systems effectively.
  • Data entry

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience and strong skills with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong financial and organisational skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Solution orientated
  • Experience working within the building industry would be preferable as construction does have its own language
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
  • Strong time management skills
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
