Conveyancing Assistant & Form 1 Preparation

We are a well-established Conveyancing firm providing property services for over 50 years. We specialise in many aspects of conveyancing including residential sales, purchases, matrimonial transfers, private contracts, commercial and sub-divisions.


Form 1 Statements is an area that is continuing to grow for the Lyon Team and we are looking for someone to help focus and build this area.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Contract and Form 1 Preparation
  • Ordering Documents including Statutory Government Searches
  • Assisting a great group of Conveyancers (in house training will be provided)
  • General Administrative duties
  • Adoption of new computer systems and procedures
  • Data Entry


Essential Skills (Preferred) :

  • Previous Office Administrative, Conveyancing or Real Estate experience
  • MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Work and PDF systems
  • Experience with CATS, SAILIS, Revenue SA, PEXA and ASIC Portals, REA and REI Forms
  • Some social media and marketing background will be an advantage
