We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk as first point of contact for our company. This role has a strong focus on customer service, and provides administrative and clerical support for the office team, within a fast paced environment.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Great customer service attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organisational skills
Experience with Reckon (Quickbooks) desirable
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm based in Lismore.
