Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Part Time

We are looking for a person to be a key asset to our award-winning team. A fantastic opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dynamic forward-thinking person who enjoys working in a vibrant fast paced Chiropractic/Health Practice.

This role is a part time Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist position approximately 25-30 hours per week.

The successful applicant must be available for late finishes of 830pm on some days, and occasional weekend work within our community (2-3 times a year)

Tuesdays 1:30pm-8:30pm

Wednesdays 8:30am-12:30pm, 1:30pm7:30pm

Thursdays 1:30pm -8:30pm

Fridays 3:30pm 8:30pm

Some of the duties include: -

  • Create a welcoming and friendly environment
  • Take control of all client records, scheduling appointments and processing payments advanced computer skills a must
  • Handle inquiries and bookings using scripting provided - scripting must be followed 100%
  • Following detailed checklists daily - systems and procedures must be followed 100%
  • Maintaining a clean and professional clinic environment
  • Ordering and stock control
  • Marketing and selling services and products

  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills required
  • Experience with practice management software desirable
  • Sales experience is desirable
