Key Motors Townsville is seeking to appoint an experienced Manager to lead our Mazda and Subaru service business. The Service Manager will manage all aspects of the service department, develop team members and provide a high level of customer service with a focus on business growth and improvement.
We want to hear from experienced professionals, from in and outside the automotive industry, dedicated to creating a high performing culture. You may currently be an Assistant Service Manager looking for the next step.
To succeed in this role you will require -
Previous experience developing, leading and managing a service team
Comprehensive industry knowledge/desire to learn
Ability to lead and deliver exceptional customer service
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good reporting and analytical skills
Able to identify operational improvements
Self-motivated with excellent time management
