LIVESTOCK ADMINISTRATOR

COMPANY BACKGROUND & PURPOSE:

Central Stockcare is a major supplier of cattle to the grain-fed domestic market and live export trade and operates a cattle logistics, feedlotting and pastoral business in Western Australia.

 

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Document control including contracts, export vendor declarations, NVDs, pregnancy certificates & tag lists

Maintain and reconcile the buying summary for each vessel

Generate and reconcile trucking and load out plans for each vessel

Schedule transportation for cattle

Manage the NLIS compliance for the Central Stockcare Group including NLIS transfers

Assist with general administrative tasks

Data entry in MYOB

Reception and ad hoc admin duties

 

SKILLS:

Ability to communicate effectively with various Stakeholders including agents, farmers, staff and contractors

Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to take direction, follow policies and procedures and work well in a team as well as unsupervised

Proficient in MS Office and MYOB
