This is an opportunity for an experienced administration professional to extend their career working for a growing Australian company.  

As a key member of the Customer Experience Team, your role will involve:- 

  • Processing of  international sales orders  including invoice processing, quotations and follow up
  • Maintaining Customer Credit Applications / Trading Terms
  • Assisting with export enquiries
  • Regular liaison with the Dispatch  team
  • Providing efficient administrative support to the sales team including data entry

What you will need: 

  • Previous experience handling international sales orders
  • An understanding of international freight/logistics
  • Ability to multi-task and priortise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast paced working environment
  • To be organised and self motivated with attention to detail
