Customer Sales Support

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in Brisbane as internal Customer Sales Support.  This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of an energetic team with a customer geared culture that is part of a global premium brand that invests time and resources in its people.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your primary responsibilities will be:

  • To perform all customer service tasks to ensure our QLD/NT customers receive technical product advice and support.
  • Provide quotations to customers and external sales accounts team by designated time lines.
  • Assist the team to ensure customers are kept fully informed at all times with accurate and relevant information regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Working with our customers to support their opportunities and provide problem solving to support our customers' requirements.
  • Check outstanding backorders and ensure that customers are advised of any changes or delays.
  • Provide support for large projects or tenders.

The successful applicant must have the following skills and experience:

  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Flexible and team focused.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and stay focussed during busy times.
  • Willingness to grow and learn in a supportive environment.
  • Experience with Industrial Products or a similar industry preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of business process.
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel essential).
  • Be honest, reliable and committed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM (preferred but not essential).

Remuneration:

Salary will be based on experience with the potential for an annual short term incentive.
