An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our HR Project team in implementing the Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the CIO, this position is an integral part of the HR Project team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and reporting on the Dayforce HR Project in accordance with Cameron Group standards and requirements. The role involves managing an existing project team who is part way through an implementation, while liaising closely with internal and external key stakeholders and vendors to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to agreed customer requirements.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Work with the existing HR Project team to deliver the Dayforce HCM system on time, within budget and according to Cameron project quality standards.
Lead and oversee the project team through change management processes.
Maintain and nurture relationships with the HR Project team, business and vendor.
Apply project methodologies to manage scope, time, cost, quality, risks, resources, communications and priorities for enterprise wide technology solutions.
Analyse and challenge HR business processes with a view to improve operations and performance through the use of the Dayforce HCM system.
Provide update reports to the CIO, wider team and IT stakeholders on the project.
Excellent team building skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
A strong understanding and commitment to customer service
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
5 10 years experience performing Project / Program Management, Solutions Delivery, Digital Transformation or Change Management roles for medium to large corporations.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Technology, IT Engineering, Project Management, E-Commerce or extensive experience in a similar Project Management role.
Certification in project / program management (e.g. PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
