The Inclusive Employment Support Officer provides first level support for JCAL candidates and builds employer relationships over time to assist employment placement outcomes. Over a period of approximately 18 months you will progress through a structured training and work experience program, commencing with candidate engagement then moving to pre placement and post placement candidate support and employer relationship management while also supporting relevant administrative functions for the office.
This program is designed to instil a cross function appreciation of JCAL core business and foster a collaborative, team ethos as you progress in JCAL. Active mentoring by more senior consultants will ensure seamless, positive and professional service delivery for all JCAL clients.
At the end of the development program you will be ready for progression to the next available opportunity in your preferred career stream.

You will need
Well developed administrative skills and a team player approach
A demonstrated commitment to working with injury, disability or health condition
Resilience and a positive outlook and a commitment to personal development and career progress
Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with candidates, employers and other key stakeholders
High level of computer literacy (word, excel, outlook)
Eligible to work in Australia
