Partnering with a wide range of clients, we can provide the capabilities in creating, designing, printing and
distributing marketing materials. With a highly transparent business model the company has grown
substantially over the last 12 months. Hence, why we are looking to continue this trend and hire our
next Sales Specialist.
We will equip our salespeople with a strong working knowledge of our business, so they can operate
autonomously and confidently. You will run your own Region and take responsibility for your own
results. The role has three core components:
Prospecting and engaging local businesses to sell Local Business Directs value proposition.
Provide excellent after-sales service to our existing customer base.
Upsell new services to our existing customer base for mutual benefit.
Your Professionalism, a sense of urgency and a client service mentality are all critical to success in
Meet and exceed monthly Sales target.
Be the confident and helpful face of our business in your Region.
Develop lasting relationships with existing and potential clients
Be willing to go above and beyond for our clients.
The successful candidate to join the LBD team will require the following skills:
Must have experience and confidence dealing face-to-face with Clients
B2B Marketing sales experience preferred
Must enjoy a competitive environment and be motivated to sell and earn
Ability to work autonomously with superior time management skills.
Have own roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian drivers licence.
We do not want just another Sales Rep; Sales reps must care about the clients as
much as the commission.
