Administration and Customer Service Consultant- Mornington Pen

We are looking for a talented administration and customer consultant that is well versed in dealing with a variety of individuals. The role:

  • You will be the first contact for patients and will help them feel welcome to the clinic.
  • Key responsibilities include managing the bookings for an Audiologist with a balance of appointment types (eg: hearing aids, balance assessments, children's testing) to meet operational requirements.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and empathy.
  • You will be responsible for general administration duties, billing and data entry
  • Building strong relationships with our patients and providing follow up calls and aftercare.
  • Provide support for other Greater Melbourne Clinic network (leased in Berwick)

About you:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Competent computer skills with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work autonomously and be self-driven, but also be a team player
  • Willingness to learn new systems and products to support the role
  • Experience in training others and building a business
