Alltech Lienert Australia, a successful animal nutrition premix and supplement manufacturing company, with over 40 years experience and backed by the support of parent company Alltech, has an opportunity for an experienced Ruminant Sales Representative, servicing key clients in Central NSW.

 

Due to a strong product portfolio, long term partnerships with suppliers and customers, Alltech Lienert Australia is recognised as one of the leading manufacturers & supplier of supplements, feed ingredients and technical support to the animal production and feed mill industries. 

 

This role will report to the Ruminant Sales Manager and will be an integral part of the Sales Team where your key responsibilities will include;

 

  • Business growth and development in the nutrition sector offering an impressive portfolio of nutritional products.
  • Maintain strong relationships and provide practical solutions to help increase customers future growth and profitability. 
  • Maintain a regular schedule of visits to an existing clientele base
  • Service a network of rural resellers
  • Regular assessment of your own region including marketing and technical nutrition advice
  • Continue high standards of customer service.
  • Working to ensure continuous compliance of company WH&S and quality procedures

 

 

Ideally you will have a proven background in sales within the livestock industry and an understanding of ruminant nutrition. You will directly liaise with on farm clientele, rural resellers and consultants.  You will need to have exceptional customer service skills, be self motivated, have established time management skills, display a professional presentation, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a close nutritional sales team.

 

Ability to travel regularly within your territory and intermittently interstate will be required for this position. 

 

A competitive salary package inclusive of a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and laptop will be negotiated for the successful candidate.
