KD Partners is seeking a professional, friendly, well presented administration assistant to support the needs of this growing firm in servicing our broad range of clients. The applicant will become integral to the efficient operation of our business.
The position is a maternity leave 12 month full time position.
The position offers a diverse range of responsibilities which require skills in the areas identified in addition to attention to detail, computer skills and great numerical skills. Excellent communication skills will be required.
The main responsibilities of the role are administration tasks, answering phones, meet and greet clients and visitors, setup of the boardroom for meetings, assist with the lodgement of documents, data entry and assistance with practice management related tasks, manage stationery orders, filing, kitchen tidiness and other operational matters.
Final salary will depend on the skills and experience of the applicant.
$55,000 to $66,000 package including super.
