We are looking for a highly organized person with a CAN-DO attitude to join our team FULL TIME. The position is located ON SITE at our QUEANBEYAN NSW location.

Skills and Experience Required
Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience highly regarded
Confidence with technology including iPhones/iPad and Windows 10
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel any version acceptable)
Willingness to learn and participate in new software training.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and to prioritize workload
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Customer Service / Telephone Duties - excellent phone manner essential
Assisting to compile seasonal special flyers for customers. Distribution and follow up.
Handle customer enquiries and track missing freight.
Administration support to the Accounts and Sales Departments as required
Assisting the Director as required
