We have a vacancy for the role of Business Development - Building Services located within our SA Branch. This is a national role focusing on maintenance contract sales activities and customer support in South Australia and all regions in which Airmaster operates. The role reports to the National General Manager - Sales and requires working closely with the National and State based Business Development and Operational Management Teams.
This exciting position will provide the right person with an opportunity to join an enthusiastic, maintenance and asset management team who will continue to develop and expand our innovative maintenance and service offers including Integrated Services incorporating Fire, HVAC, Essential Services Compliance and Building Automation/Energy Efficiency solutions. Our industry leading Data Driven Maintenance and Advanced asset life cycle management and real time customer reporting provides a point of difference and a platform for success.
You will be working with our existing customers as well as seeking new opportunities with customers across Adelaide, South Australia, and National portfolios. You will develop long term relationships built on trust and ability to deliver. An interest and aptitude for technical sales within the retail, industrial, and commercial industries is critical. A background in Facility Management or Property Management would also be advantageous.

Experience in Business Development and Sales in a similar industry (advantageous)
Relevant HVAC knowledge with mechanical or electrical background (advantageous)
Clear communication skills (verbal and written) are a must
Aptitude and Interest for technical sales across various property types are a must
A reasonable understanding of Asset Management Systems would be advantageous
MS office skills including word processing, PowerPoint and advanced excel
Basics of business finance
Time management skills - to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in a Team
