As a key member of the service division you will build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing the technical expertise for fault finding and advice.
As an experienced Industrial Service Technician, you will be carrying out repairs, service and preventative maintenance to our range of industrial cleaning equipment at customer locations predominantly in the Northern or North Western Suburbs of Sydney. You will be a mechanically minded person who has the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of products and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. You will be a highly energetic and self-motivated person that takes pride in their work and their working environment to maintain the standards set out by Tennant.
This opportunity will suit a service technician residing in the Northern or North Western suburbs of Sydney.
To be successful for this role, you must possess;
Relevant trade qualification in a mechanical field
A mechanical aptitude
Previous experience with industrial equipment highly advantageous
A current drivers licence
The ability to provide a high level of professional customer service
Basic Computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physically and mentally fit for the day to day challenges and continual deadlines
Ability to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
DC Electrical/Automotive Electrical ability would be highly advantageous
Current forklift licence is highly desirable
