State Sales Manager

Freight can be complicated. Knowing whos the quickest Who handles what product type best and who is the cheapest At Mills Freight Group we believe in industry expertise using experts for a particular service or requirement while focusing on whats important to our customer and growing our business together. 

Mills Freight Group are looking for an energetic, experienced State Sales Manager (NSW) to help inspire and lead our growing sales team. Overseeing planning, training and growth of the business from a sales perspective in our Sydney office. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities
  • Manage and deliver on a sales pipeline
  • Motivate and foster up and coming sales consultants
  • Work closely with Operations to successfully formulate solutions for new and existing customers to grow business
  • Provide input for continuous improvement

 

What youll need to be successful:

  • 5 years B2B sales experience
  • 2 years sales management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication techniques 
  • High energy and dynamic approach
  • Self-motivated, results driven and an ability to work autonomously

 

Please note that freight experience is highly desirable, however not necessary.
