The Provedores is a leading supplier of quality food products on the Mid North Coast. Our business and customer based are growing and we are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to help us achieve our growth targets and build our operations locally.



This new position forms a critical part of our Coffs Harbour leadership team and requires you to lead operational performance and efficiency at our purpose-built site. You will join a team that is best practice focussed, ensuring our warehousing and logistical systems always meet our customers needs.

Hands on from the start, you will be coaching staff, innovating and challenging the operations status-quo. You will drive all aspects of warehouse and logistics ensuring operations are safe, efficient, profitable, and compliant. You will be accountable for:

  • Optimising Warehouse Operations and Supply Logistics - Ensuring successful operation of the business and achievement of targets, budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • Leading Continuous Improvement of People and Processes - Identifying and driving continuous improvement processes to enable efficiencies and reduce wastage
  • Ensure Quality & Safety Standards and Compliance - Performing and monitoring quality controls and improve warehouse & supply KPIs to best practice standards ensuring the highest standards of HACCP and WHS exists across the territory.
  • Develop Our Warehouse Team - Inspired leadership and management of all warehousing operations team.
  • Provide Timely and Accurate Intelligence to Management - Reporting operational KPIs and performance.



  • 5 years plus, experience in managing a food or perishable goods supply business
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in warehousing and logistics where your time and people management skills shine
  • Operational excellence with a track record of delivering measurable improvement in stock management, delivery scheduling and customer service
  • Strong knowledge of how to deliver continuous improvement projects focused on driving business performance and change management, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get in and help get the job done
  • Highly proficient in analysing and reporting of financial performance, budgets, and stock control KPIs
  • Ability to analyse, forecast and plan while effectively managing resources and product shelf life
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary HAACP and WHS requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to influence, coach and build high performing self-managed team.
  • Solutions based thinker and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Budget management experience with good financial and business acumen
  • Relevant formal/tertiary qualification in warehousing & logistics will be highly regarded
