Hours currently would involve Monday to Thursday : morning and afternoon shifts, with the possibility of including Friday's and Saturday mornings in the future. (practice is open from 7.30am -6.30 pm)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate all aspects of patient management at a busy front desk; ranging from processing payments, making bookings answering the phone and making follow up Re-calls.
Contribute to a warm and welcoming environment by getting to know our patients.
Provide full support to our chiropractor, you are a key component to their success.
Complete required task with efficiency and attention to detail.
Have an interest in and/or thorough knowledge of chiropractic care and its benefits.
Overall presentation and organisation of the clinic.
Encouraging and recommending our Chiropractic care and the clinic to friends and family
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Passion for health and well being with an interest in chiropractic. (If you have no knowledge of chiropractic you must be excited by the opportunity to learn)
Ability to multi-task in a busy practice and manage the needs of multiple practitioners and patients
Computer skills including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Social Media understanding
Experience in a customer service role is essential
Previous reception work in either Chiropractic clinic or medical setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong time, management skills, self-motivated, positive with a caring nature.
Professional telephone manner is a prerequisite
Have a thorough knowledge of services offered and product knowledge.
Sales/marketing experienced preferred and attention to administration detail required
