Rhodes Docherty & Co is a Chartered Accounting firm based in Gordon, close to Gordon station. We have been servicing clients on the North Shore and Northern Beaches for over 40 years and have many long standing clients.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a super star administrator to join our friendly administration team. This is a full time role and prior experience in an accounting firm is essential. Knowledge of MYOB AE and Document Manager is also essential. The person we are seeking needs to be energetic and nimble.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with all ASIC requirements for clients - changes to company details, addresses etc
  • Ordering of new companies, trusts and self-managed super funds
  • Liaising with Managers to collate accounting and tax work to be sent to clients
  • Arranging for stamping of deeds with the Office of State Revenue
  • Dealing with all types of correspondence from the ATO and creating correspondence for clients
  • Lodging income tax returns for individuals and all entities
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the Directors
