Located in Wingfield, Jim's Glass has an opportunity for a suitable candidate to change and advance their career as a Sales & Glazing Coordinator

The Role

The Sales & Glazing Coordinator will be responsible for managing client inquiries that come in via phone, email or in person, scheduling site measures & installations, preparing quotations, material ordering, project management, liaising with customers, invoicing and providing support to the Glazing teams.

This role is focused on providing domestic glazing services which includes broken glass repairs, insurance claims, new glass splash backs & shower screens, wardrobes plus other sundry domestic glazing services & products.

The Person

You may be from the Glazing or Building Industry, or have worked in a Sales or Customer Service role in ANY industry.

You will be a person who can work well under pressure and demonstrate superior organisational skills in an environment that requires the ability to successfully conduct multiple tasks whilst maintaining control and focus on required daily outcomes.

Commanding excellent communication & customer service skills is critical to perform this role.

There is a strong sales element to this role, thereby experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply. 

Experience within the Building or Glazing Industry or a similar position would be advantageous but not essential as full training and on-going coaching will be provided for an outstanding, self motivated candidate who can demonstrate a progressive attitude.

This position requires a person who can demonstrate;

This is a front line role with a high level of customer interaction requiring exceptional communication skills.
