We have a new opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join our Project Development team in Major Projects.
As primary focus, you will maintain an efficient and well organised office and provide timely and effective executive and administrative support services for the Project Development team within Major Projects. You will also work with our Major Projects Group Support Officer and other Business Support Officers to provide administrative support to managers and staff from other teams within Major Projects, as may be required. To do so you will need to maintain effective communication channels and excellent working relationships both within Seqwater and with primary external contacts.
To be successful in the role you will comprehensive experience in providing administrative support services and/or education or training in administration. You will have a high-level of interpersonal skills with the ability interact effectively with all levels of staff along with exceptional time management skills.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
Advanced Microsoft, word processing and keyboard skills.
Sound written communication skills, including demonstrated experience in ensuring that reports and other correspondence are of a high standard and consistent with corporate standards.
Experience as an accurate recorder of minutes at meetings and compilation of written correspondence.
Experience in developing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.
Knowledge of and experience with managing documents using electronic document management systems and controlled document systems.
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative services associated with financial transaction management using computerised financial systems.
This position has been graded in accordance with Seqwater's EBA as an AO4 $74,418.09 plus superannuation.
