As our Queensland portfolio continues to grow, Prime Protection are looking for an Assistant Security Operations Manager to become part of our expanding team. The successful applicant will report directly to our State Operation Managers and work with our Head Office Operations team.
The Assistant Security Operations Manager role is specifically targeted to assist our licence venue division of the business; therefore, applicants must have experience working in licenced venues & a minimum of 2 years leading teams in this environment.
The role will consist of working in venues, office administration, developing key personnel, implementing strategies & performance improvement measures, compliance audits, assisting coordinating staff training, staff screening & interviews. Our aim over time is to have the successful applicant manage key Queensland accounts.
Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 2 years crowd control experience
Current QLD licence
Valid Statement of Attainment for Responsible Service of Alcohol
Valid First Aid certificate
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management skills
Microsoft experience, computer skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Flexibility with working weekends & commuting to various venues
