We are now looking for a Rare Character to join us as a Customer Marketing Manager - On & Off Trade.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing you are responsible for developing and leading the implementation and execution of the ANZ On and Off Trade channel strategy as well as providing the framework and tools essential to executing these strategies with our customer partners.
Leading the creation and execution of an annual multi-channel, multi-customer activation plans for key brands, aligned to brand objectives.
Delivering disruptive, innovative, in market activation solutions, based on sound consumer, shopper and customer insight, whilst adding business benefit for WGSA and our trade partners.
Understanding the consumer and how we influence their path to purchase, to prioritise activation and gain commercial advantage for our brands.
Understanding where, and how best to execute these channel strategies, as well as finding the most impactful ways to engage our customers, shoppers and consumers will be the key to success.
Creating a clear objective and a vision for the sales and marketing teams on how to win in the off & on trade
Setting priorities, and creating an A&P investment plan to deliver budgeted channel sales plan
Providing clear channel guidelines (pricing, promotional frequency, shelf management & ranging) for the sales team to execute against
Ensuring proposed activations meet both WGSA and customer objectives
Provide direction on "go-to-market" plans to marketing for NPD launches
Provide recommendations on pricing, ranging, promotional strategy, activation planning, and Customer Support.
Create and manage shopper promotions
Work directly with shopper marketing agencies
Provide necessary internal communications, customer presentations, POS assets & Selling tools to support customer sell in
Partner with national business managers to assist with Customer Range Reviews.
Providing expertise in efficient range assortment, NPD SKU prioritization
