Based in our modern Crows Nest Office, you will use your sound industry skills and positive client focused attitude to service our portfolio of clients.
The roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Index contractor and suppliers invoices ready for manager approval and creditor commitments.
Electronic receipting of daily banking for trust accounts via software.
Responding to levy enquires
Internal financial reporting
Manage communications with clients and external parties with regards to various compliance matters such as fire, lift, swimming pools, window locks, cooling towers, anchor points.
Managing contractor compliance
Building & strengthening excellent client relationships within your property portfolio.
Driving our brand awareness and new business procurement.
Any other function deemed appropriate by the Vital Directors in an assisting capacity to service Vital Strata Management Clients.
The successful Candidate will have a dynamic and efficient work ethic and be passionate about the business, personal growth & success. Strong computer and technology skills is Vital. Reporting directly to the directors of the business you will monitor and manage all key finance and compliance tasks.
