Building Site Supervisor/Project Manager - Insurance Work

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Campbell Construction Co (CCC) is a multi-faceted company specialising in new home design, renovations and insurance repairs. CCC has over 80 employees across the offices in Townsville, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast along with Supervisors in Cairns, Proserpine, Mackay, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Brisbane and Northern NSW. With continued ongoing growth, CCC is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Project Manager to join our team based out of the Sunshine Coast.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Supervisor/Project Manager with CCC, you will be a permanent full-time employee managing the smooth day to day running of multiple domestic insurance jobs at any one time. 

This role will be based on the Sunshine Coast, however there may be a requirement to travel to our other locations throughout the State from time to time to assist other offices, particularly during a major event. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the successful applicant your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Communicating with other staff, clients, insurance companies and sub-contractors, both written and verbal
  • Preparation of reports and quotes on allocated jobs
  • Complete assessments and scopes of insurance damage
  • Supervise jobs including preparing WOs, POs, ordering materials, organising trades, coordinating all site activities and engage in carpentry where required
  • Meet KPIs as set by our clients
  • Manage all site safety WH&S
  • Data entry in both the BCBG and various Insurance Platforms
  • Additional duties as assigned to you from time to time

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:

  • Hold a current Building Site Supervisor Licence
  • Well-developed computer skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive building and carpentry knowledge
  • Willingness to adopt current systems and actively participate in the continual growth of the business.
  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor/Project Manager
  • Previous experience in Insurance Repairs - highly desirable
