High Performing Real Estate Agent, Part Time Position, Experience in Trust Accounting and/or Bookkeeping.

We are looking for a dynamic Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, energetic and logical thinker to work within a real estate General Account.

This position is part-time approximately 30 hours per week Monday - Friday. 

What you will need to succeed

  • Previously proven experience within a Finance Assistant role or similar including Pay Roll
  • Experience with MYOB or ZERO accounting software
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills.
  • Superior time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks with minimal supervision
  • Professional work ethic and excellent presentation
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
  • Sound analytical thinking skills
  • Strong problem identification and solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work methods and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with the Principal/Licensee
  • Potential to work remotely from home and/or in our office
