Our client is a renowned multi concept venue, farmhouse kitchen, serving modern Australian cuisine, small batch cheeses and artisanal chocolates. Serious about promoting Tasmanian produces, most of whats on offer is either home-grown or hand-made and you will be supplying the onsite boutique as well as providing goods to several other retailers Australia wide.
You will receive mentoring and the opportunity to learn from a world class head chocolatier therefore developing your skills and technique.
This is a hands-on role that combines the need for an excellent knowledge of working with chocolate, a strong attention to detail and a willingness to get your hands dirty and get the job done. Bring your passion and pride for chocolate to this role.
A tertiary qualification in a discipline related to chocolate is preferred and will be complemented with proven experience working in high quality chocolate operations.
