Titan Ag is an Australian based producer and supplier of crop protection and animal health chemicals and fertiliser.  Titan formulates its products locally in Australia and its alliance with Elders strengthens its ability to offer the best customer service for rural customers, across a wide-reaching national distribution network.

The Role

The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices of the Accounts Payable function, customer invoices of the Accounts Receivable function, and to provide support as required to the Finance Team.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Digital filing of supplier invoices using existing file naming protocols
  • Reconciling allocated General Ledger accounts
  • Reconciling supplier freight invoices to customer order dispatches
  • Maintaining compliance, unclaimed money processes, EFTPOS machine database
  • Reconcile supplier inventory invoices to purchase orders and item receipts
  • Inside of J Curve (ERP System), accurately process supplier invoices per approval matrix in a timely manner
  • Inside of J Curve (ERP System), accurately process customer invoices within 24hrs of item fulfilments

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will work as part of a team in contributing towards the successful achievement of Titan Ag performance.

The Person

  • Accounts related qualification or 1+ years related accounts payable experience Minimum 1 years’ experience in reconciliations / banking
  • Sound knowledge of the company operating system, J Curve (Netsuite), or experience with similar ERP system
  • Knowledge of GST in relation to accounts payables
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Possess practical skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as being motivated and capable of working autonomously
  • A strong work ethic and previous experience in working in an office environment
  • Demonstrated high-quality communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with the ability to manage multiple demands
