Our Receptionist / Administration Assistant position is a big part of helping us deliver this service.
We have a great opportunity for someone who has a positive outlook and who is passionate about the delivery of a high standard of professional service for our clients. The successful candidate will have:
Proven administration experience in an office environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
Intermediate knowledge of all MS programs (Word, Excel & Outlook)
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and to work well within our team
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail
Sound grammatical, spelling, and numerical skills
Bookkeeping experience preferred by not essential
