Office Administrator

A great opportunity exists for an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy firm.

The Office Administrator is responsible for all areas of office management. It is a diverse and active role ensuring the smooth running of basic operational, system and administrative functions, along with supporting and organising the Accountants busy schedule.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • General administrative, office management and reception duties
  • General word processing
  • Providing administration support to Accountants
  • Invoice Processing & Filing Management
  • Manage office supplies, stationary etc
  • Utilising the ATO portal
  • Utilising the ASIC portal
  • Corporate Secretarial duties including assisting with Company & Trust establishments
  • Providing IT Support
  • Liaising with external service providers

To be successful in this role, we seek the following qualities:

  • Diligent and a dynamic team player
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience in an Accounting Firm or similar
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Sound computer skills and experience using accounting software including MYOB AE, BGL and MS Office,
  • Sound bookkeeping skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work unsupervised and show initiative
  • Clear handwriting and excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
