About the role:

The Community & Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Develop and implement communications, media and marketing strategies across projects as well as develop external marketing and written communication materials
  • Provide advice and support to management on stakeholder issues
  • Lead a rolling program of activities such as daily management of the website/s, social media platform/s, and other communications engage wider community
  • Develop communication and marketing strategies designed to meet diverse stakeholders
  • Manage photography, time-lapse and project library records, including release approvals
  • Manage the complaints process in line with contractual requirement
  • Manage all requirements relating to Community Relations

As the Community and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for marketing the diverse businesses within the Group of Companies. You will also be responsible for selling advertising space for a digital sign. 

Skills and experience:

  • Hold a Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Journalism
  • 2-3 years' experience in marketing
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools
  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media marketing, creating content, responding to posts, understanding of analytics
  • Experience in campaign roll out across multiple applications (including print, web and social)
  • Exceptional time management, and a resilient attitude than can adapt quickly to changes in priorities
  • Recent proven similar experience in a Civil construction environment
  • Proven experience working on marketing strategy
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Strong work ethic and proven reliability
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work with external stakeholders
  • Experience in working in complex, busy working environment
