Your role is valuable and appreciated as the customer service officer, You will be our primary point of contact for customers once a sale is made, You will enjoy our small team environment and appreciate making a difference.

Tigress is a strong retail furniture brand loved by its customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to assist with after sales support to ensure our customers have an amazing purchase experience from beginning to end. 

This role is responsible for making sure phones are answered and any questions that arise post purchase such as delivery day/time, product care and warranty are answered promptly, professionally and with a genuine passion for delivering an amazing customer experience.

Too many business stop looking after their customers once they have paid their money, we want to be different and deliver exceptional after sales customer service, as well as beautiful products at amazing prices.

This position is full-time from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm at Castle Hill.

Key Responsibilities of the role are:

  • Receive inbound customer calls
  • Make outbound calls regarding orders placed
  • Key orders into the system for processing
  • Process warranty claims
  • Resolve any customer issues
  • Providing an awesome customer experience over phone and email.
  • Ensuring customer experience expectations are exceeded by surprising customers

  • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation
  • Ability to work unsupervised and follow through on projects

  • Well organised and with a high level of accuracy

Essential for this Role:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Be compassionate, patient and understanding of people's needs
