About the Position

As an Applications and Administration Support Officer you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Service Design Lead to conduct the enquiry, quotation and intake process for all participants, as well as undertaking key administrative functions including maintenance of data integrity, analysis and reporting.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the accuracy of participant information lodged within the Onemda Customer Relationship Management Application (Penelope)
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the NDIS price guide and its application to the suite of services and Onemda Price catalogue.
  • Be responsible for the accuracy and quality of data maintained and utilized in the Onemda Quoting tool system
  • Manage the Fee for Service (FFS) Report and unclaimed events report.
  • Be able to identify effective and relevant data analysis and reporting
  • Work with  participants and/or their support network to schedule supports which are reflective of their goals and needs
  • Assist in maintaining a robust plan monitoring and review schedule to ensure timely and efficient re-quoting is conducted
  • Assist participants to prepare for their NDIS reviews by providing them with quotes for ongoing services.

 

About You

  • Proficiency with managing data in a customer relationship management system and/or basic accounting systems
  • Attention to detail and process driven
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to manage deadlines and complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Analytical skills, including competence with Excel
  • Relevant experience in working with and understanding the various needs of people with a disability and their support networks
