This role provides the Mayor and Councillors of Coffs Harbour City Council with executive support towards the efficient delivery of professional support services by the Mayor's Office.
You are a motivated, innovative and solutions-focused individual who gets along well with others and are able to build strong relationships.
You display mature discretion in dealing with sensitive information and a high level of judgement when dealing with matters requiring commercial and political confidentiality.
You thrive on results, teamwork, consistent delivery, and efficiency.
Role requirements include:
Qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification/experience - preferably in an Executive Support/ Personal Assistant capacity)
High-level computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and demonstrated strengths in the use of relevant software such as Adobe Acrobat
Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven strengths in negotiation, relationship management and conflict resolution
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with experience in minute-taking

The salary range for this role starts around $67k + Super with significant scope for performance-based salary progression
